Our Community Groups bring together an intimate group of birthing parents with babies under four months to create support and community in the early weeks and months of parenthood. Led by a Millie CNM/Lactation Consultant, these groups are a curated and in person experience for our birthing parents following the arrival of your little one. This is a reassuring space to learn, build community, ask questions, and share experience and knowledge.

What's included:

Six weeks of expert guidance in weekly 90 minute sessions. Education is tailored to each group and where individuals are in their journey. Topics may include infant feeding, infant (and parent!) sleep, transition to parenthood, feeding positions, partner and family communication post-baby, transition back to work, and more.

Our Postpartum Community Groups are ideal for any Millie patient with an infant 2-8 weeks old, but are open to those with infants under 4 months at the start of the session.

Pricing: $350 / 6 weeks
