Our in-person lactation consultations are designed to provide individualized, hands-on support during the early days and weeks of feeding. Whether you’re navigating a painful latch, concerned about milk supply, or simply unsure if things are going well, our IBCLCs can observe a feeding, offer position adjustments, and help you feel more confident moving forward.

In-person sessions are especially helpful for troubleshooting latch and positioning, assessing milk transfer during feeds, and managing issues like nipple pain, low output, or supplementing.
