Mackenzie Douglass

Mackenzie has over 12 years of experience as a midwife in a wide range of settings across the country, from large academic medical centers to small community hospitals in low-resourced areas. She is committed to ensuring that birthing people and their families feel empowered, informed and confident in their care, regardless of where they are on their pregnancy journey. Her approach is trauma informed, evidence-based, and equity focused.  She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing, as well as her Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) certifications, from the University of Pennsylvania.
