What we offer
Millie’s prenatal classes and workshops help you feel prepared for birth and life with a baby. From childbirth preparation to infant CPR, our expert-led sessions provide practical knowledge and hands-on learning. Taught by experienced educators, doulas, and healthcare professionals, these classes are designed to complement your care and build confidence.
We offer individual therapy and group sessions led by licensed psychologists specializing in perinatal mental health. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, or simply looking for extra support, our experts provide compassionate care tailored to pregnancy and postpartum. Get the guidance you need to navigate this transformative time with confidence.
Millie Guides are experienced doulas who offer 1:1 sessions tailored to your needs. Whether you want to discuss your birth preferences, learn about comfort techniques for labor, or plan for your postpartum recovery, these personalized sessions provide expert guidance from professionals who specialize in pregnancy and early parenthood.
Get expert prenatal and postpartum support from a certified Lactation Consultant. Whether you’re navigating latch issues, nipple pain, or milk supply concerns, we’re here to help. We also offer guidance on pumping, weaning, and setting realistic expectations for your feeding journey.
Led by a Millie Midwife who is also a lactation consultant, these intentionally small, supportive groups offer expert guidance in the early weeks of parenthood. Each session is tailored to your postpartum journey, providing a space to share experiences, ask questions, and receive practical support. Connect with other new parents while gaining insights from an experienced facilitator.
Sleep can be one of the biggest challenges in early parenthood. Millie offers both group workshops and 1:1 personalized support to help you navigate common struggles like frequent night wakings, unpredictable naps, and regressions. Our pediatric sleep experts provide evidence-based strategies to build healthy sleep foundations and support better rest for your whole family.
