At Millie we understand the full spectrum of hormonal health — from changes that affect conception, pregnancy, and postpartum, through perimenopause and menopause. We are with you, through all of it.
At Millie, you’re treated as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. We take the time to understand your unique medical history and consider your mental and emotional health. We offer both in-person and virtual care, to comprehensively assess and treat each patient.
Get the expert care you deserve
If symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disruption, or mood changes are interfering with your daily life, it’s a good time to seek care. We also recommend scheduling a visit if you suspect perimenopause may be affecting your fertility journey, or if you notice new bleeding after menopause.
No you do not! Our perimenopause and menopause services are open to anyone, not just Millie maternity patients. Our patients come to us specifically for midlife and menopause care, whether or not they are planning a pregnancy.
We provide a full range of evidence-based treatments, including hormone therapy, non-hormonal medications, vaginal treatments, and lifestyle strategies for symptom relief. Your plan will always be tailored to your body and your long-term health goals.
Yes — when it’s appropriate and safe for you. Our providers carefully review your medical history, symptoms, and goals to determine which treatments are the right fit.
Many perimenopause and menopause visits can be done virtually. If lab work, imaging, or a physical exam is needed, we’ll guide you in scheduling an in-person visit at our Berkeley or South Bay clinics.
We are currently accepting all PPO and HMO plans (HMO only via Brown & Toland, now called Altais) from the following insurance companies: Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, HealthNet, as well as some local networks. We also accept plans offered by Medi-Cal via Alameda Alliance for Health (AAH) in Berkeley and North East Medical Services (NEMS) in South Bay.
We know insurance can be confusing and would be happy to look up your plan to confirm coverage or point you to in-network options if you are considering switching plans.
