Bio: Talia Borgo is a board-certified Nurse-Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner whose experience has spanned the maternal health spectrum, starting with her work as a doula. Prior to Millie, Talia was an assistant clinical professor in the School of Medicine at University of California San Francisco where she trained OB-GYN residents. She currently serves as Millie's Clinical Director and as a volunteer clinical professor in the School of Nursing at UCSF.
Approach: Talia believes that by holistically supporting her patients across the many dimensions of health, she can help them to affirm the innate wisdom and power they have in their minds and bodies. Although she was trained in a Western medical model, Talia integrates Eastern medicine practices as she partners with her patients to help them promote their healthiest and happiest selves.
