Pregnancy Mindfulness Group
Join our 6-week in-person Pregnancy Mindfulness Group, led by Dr. Elana Guy — a licensed psychologist specializing in perinatal care. Together, we’ll create a calm and supportive space for pregnant individuals to practice mindfulness, share experiences, and learn strategies for navigating the changes of pregnancy with greater ease and confidence.
Whether you’re hoping to reduce stress, manage anxious thoughts, or simply carve out intentional time to connect with yourself and your baby, this group blends professional guidance with community connection to support your emotional well-being during this transformative time.
What You’ll Experience:
